Restori

Privacy policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

Restori provides white-label jewellery repair and restoration for British brands, from our workshop in Brighton, East Sussex. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we keep it minimal.

Who we are

Restori is operated by Sarah Farrow-Lane, Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact hello@restori.co.uk.

What we collect

  • When you email us (for example via the “Book a demo” or “Email us” links), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
  • Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it records aggregate page views only, and does not set cookies, track you across other sites, or identify you personally.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner. Our analytics are cookieless.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your email and message to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps toward providing our services. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are taking steps to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a few trusted processors to run the site and our email: Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics), Forward Email (email delivery and forwarding for our address), and Google (the inbox that receives our mail). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to our use of it. Email hello@restori.co.uk and we will help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
